POOL RULES & REGULATIONS

 

POOL HOURS:

Tuesday – Sunday: 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM

 

SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK - NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY

  1. All patrons must sign in, use pool key for entrance and show picture ID to the monitor on duty.

  2. Absolutely no glass/breakable containers within the fenced-in pool area.

  3. No alcohol in the pool or pool area.

  4. No diving, running, boisterous or rough play will be allowed.

  5. Abusive or foul language will not be permitted.

  6. No music allowed. Only music devises with headphones are allowed. No videos or photo in pool area.

  7. No grilling allowed.

  8. Children who are not toilet trained must wear swim diapers under swimsuits.   Regular diapers are not allowed inside the pool.  Do not dispose of diapers in the pool area, as this is unsanitary.   IF A CHILD HAS AN ACCIDENT IN THE POOL, THE HEALTH DEPT. REQUIRES THE POOL TO BE CLOSED A MINIMUM OF 24 HOURS.  Accidents resulting from failure to abide by this rule could result in suspension of pool usage.

  9. There is an inherent risk of serious injury in swimming unsupervised when lacking essential swimming skills and capabilities.  As a precautionary safety measure, we encourage an adult over the age of 18 to accompany children under fourteen (14) years of age.

  10. Persons with open cuts, wounds, sores or blisters may not use the pool.

  11. No food or drinks are to be taken into the pool or within five (5) feet of the pool.

  12. Do not leave trash or debris in the pool deck area. Trash receptacles are provided.

  13. Guests may only use the pool if they are accompanied by an authorized owner/resident.   A limit of two (2) guests per household are allowed.   Homeowners are liable and responsible for any damage caused by themselves or their guests. Larger groups must be coordinated with the Board of Directors. Prior to the date needed.

  14. Guests may not be delinquent homeowners.  Pool privileges will be suspended to anyone escorting a delinquent homeowner into the pool area.

  15. Pets & animals are not permitted in the fenced area of the pool.

  16. Smoking / Vaping is not allowed within the deck area of the pool.

  17. Only customary and appropriate SWIMSUITS are permitted for use in the pool. No see thru or string bikini.

  18. Rafts are not permitted.

  19. THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND MANAGEMENT HAVE FULL AUTHORITY FOR RULE VIOLATION ENFORCEMENT.

 

Violation of these Rules & Regulations may result in the imposition of fines, suspension of pool privileges, and/or the imposition of other legal sanctions.  Please leave the pool area neat and clean when you leave.   Residents and their guests are responsible for properly disposing of all their trash and personal belongings.  Please keep restrooms tidy and clean.  Vandalism costs you as a homeowner; please report any misuse or needed repairs to Team Management.
